IMAGINiT Technologies Releases Latest IMAGINiT Clarity Family of Products
New updates to IMAGINiT Clarity programs extend the value of BIM data from design and construction to building operations

Key new features of IMAGINiT Clarity, IMAGINiT Clarity Connect, IMAGINiT Clarity Connect LT and the newly released IMAGINiT Clarity Owner Data Portal (ODP) allow AEC firms to capture information from the Building Information Model (BIM) to aid the transition from construction to building operations. Enhancements include expanded datasheets, improved data collection, including COBie data, and graphical reports. For facility managers seeking to further utilize BIM information, IMAGINiT’s new Clarity Owner Data Portal offers ARCHIBUS integration and building-centric reports.
The IMAGINiT Clarity family of products saves project teams hundreds of hours by automating necessary, but time-consuming tasks like printing PDFs, exporting data exchanging files and creating data sheets. Designed to work with the Autodesk Revit, A360 Collaboration for Revit and Autodesk Revit Server platforms, IMAGINiT Clarity allows non-Revit users to access and update model data, facilitating collaboration throughout the entire building lifecycle.
Latest Enhancements to IMAGINiT Clarity Products
- Enhanced Data Collection and Reporting offer additional ways to quickly enter and edit data, including batch editing and setting rules to classify important data, such as COBie data. In addition to being compatible with facilities management systems, this data can be used to generate graphical reports on rooms, furniture and equipment that are easy for building operations teams to review.
- Expanded Data Sheets include measurement by area as well as spaces to allow companies managing individual rooms to view information by suite or building floor level.

IMAGINiT Clarity offers an unlimited number of users and projects and also includes basic installation and training. Maintenance fees apply. For organizations that need to collaborate with internal and external teams, IMAGINiT Clarity Connect and IMAGINiT Clarity Connect LT can be packaged with Autodesk Revit Server or can be integrated into an existing installation. Setup and training is included and managed by IMAGINiT’s trusted team of implementation and training experts. Pricing is dependent on number of locations, hosts, accelerators and task servers.
